Obituary of Claudine Jones

Claudine Elaine Jones died peacefully at a hospice care center on Thursday morning, November 19th, in the Monterey Peninsula. She is survived by her son, Mark Allen, and her daughter, Melanie, as well as her two grandsons, Adam and Tim Jones, her granddaughter Coral Lee, and 5 great-grandchildren. Claudine's husband, James Garfield Jones, left her side in February 2000. She and Jim retired to the bay area in the late 1980's, settling in to their chosen piece of the sky, Carmel. There will be a small, private memorial service with her family and close friends on Sunday, December 6th on the Monterey Bay. She will be missed by those who knew her, for her genuine way of being and kindnesses shown throughout her life.
